STA.s Business Systems Director first asked for our assessment and input on the existing training strategy for an imminent rollout of a new bespoke system. We were able to provide a number of suggestions that they then incorporated into their rollout strategy. We also provided training on MS Word to their internal training department, focusing on topics of particular interest in the development of training materials.
